On Tuesday, May 7, the NASCAR Modifieds of Ted Christopher (#13) and Todd Szegedy (#50) tested at Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, Connecticut.

The famed roadcourse is said to be interested in hosting a NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series event in 2003 and this test session was run under the watchful eyes of NASCAR's Ed Cox and Bill Brice.
